i had the most amazing medical experience with Tejomed, the one i've never received before. my doctor Ares had the whole 90 minutes for me discussing everything i'm going through in detail. he deeply researched and heard all my concerns and offered me the tailored health plan of a kind that i've never received before in my life. after battling for years i could not recommend enough the concierge experience there. also the nurses and all the staff and the nutrition consultant are very thoughtful, gentle, and patient with me, and i really really appreciate this. i feel so taken care of and grateful for this experience. i healed my issues now thanks to Tejomed!

I struggle with medical appointments and taking care of myself correctly because of ADHD. As such, I decide to try out a concierge health service so that I could get better support for my needs. Since the beginning I have been very well cared for and I have felt totally welcomed by everyone in the team. Every step of the way I have felt that is tailored exactly for me. Dra. Luísa is super nice and I felt very comfortable speaking to her openly abiut my worries and my goals. I one hundred percent recommend, because in health, each of our needs are unique.

Having access to a doctor was the most important reason I joined TejoMed. Being able to communicate with the doctor without making an appointment has been fantastic. I have never had a more positive experience with a doctor than i had with Dr Luisa. She was supportive about each topic i wanted to discuss. I left the initial intake appt with a list of action items and were able to get medications the same day.

Great first session - have you ever spent 75min with a doctor who is turning every stone of your medical history with you? That makes me so happy, because I didn't feel heard about my health for 15+ years and I feel we're actually looking into things beyond just "a blood sample". Thank you, Luísa!

my initial health appointment with TejoMed as a new subscribing member went well.

First, I appreciated all the preparation that goes into receiving me into my first appointment. Nurse Joana met with me weeks before and did a lovely job welcoming me and walking me through any and all questions I could before I even asked. She is warm, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

When I arrived to the TejoMed office for my first appointment with Dra. Luísa, Jo was the kind lady who welcomed me, helped me feel very comfortable as she took me through some initial measurements.

Then I had a very long and thorough appointment with Dra. Luísa. She also was warm, friendly, and welcoming. She did well in educating me and discussing my lab results and she not only did that she also listened and was great at answering questions. My memory these days is fleeting, I'm learning perimenopause, and I appreciate that she's got a structure for helping me feel well looked after and cared for as I take her suggested route toward wellness and optimal health. She provided me with summarized notes so that I don't feel overwhelmed and in a panic trying to hold it all in and it's also comforting that I can contact the office for questions and support. Dra. Lúisa and her team seem confident that I can get back to myself soon, which I am very much looking forward to. I very much appreciate the way they work and in this particular phase of life it all feels very supportive and right on!

Dr. Luisa is, hands down, the most knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate medical professional I've ever had the distinct honor of meeting and seeking care from. I am, admittedly, an American and cancer survivor who has had to 'prove' medical needs to my doctors, often with months and years passing before finding someone who would listen, and even then, with no explanation for the why behind the treatment plans they would recommend. I'm so glad I found her; as long as she offers care, I'll be seeing her!

Les médecins sont vraiment réactifs : chaque fois que j’ai eu une question ou un souci, j’ai eu une réponse rapidement, sans stress. On sent qu’ils suivent vraiment les patients, qu’ils connaissent nos situations et qu’ils prennent le temps.

L’accompagnement est sérieux mais aussi très humain, ce qui est rare. Pour moi, vivre à Lisbonne et savoir que je peux compter sur eux, c’est devenu important.

Je recommande vraiment TejoMed à ceux qui cherchent un suivi médical fiable et accessible, avec des médecins qui prennent leur rôle à cœur.

Met with Dr Ares for a health review and consultation. He was considerate and spent plenty of time with me to get a sense of my health, concerns, and issues. He was approachable, kind, thoughtful, and listened to my issues. He provided some recommendations and tests to help get to root causes. I felt that the time spent was generous and that the approach was more holistic than many other doctors I have had.

I came in with strong convictions about what a health service could be. TejoMed ticked every box and then surprised me with more.

Yesterday I had my first in-person appointment with Dr. Luísa Batista. I read a lot about health, and I'm usually the one bringing up newer research or approaches. For the first time, I had someone on the other side who could beat that conversation and bring deep clinical expertise I simply don't have.

She also cared about the person sitting in front of her. That combination is rare. I think TejoMed is rewiring my brain about what healthcare should feel like.

My first appointment with TejoMed was such an amazing experience!! Luísa was so thorough. It made such a huge difference to be listened to, believed, taken seriously, and provided comprehensive solutions. For the first time maybe ever I feel excited about my future health treatments and outcomes. Many thanks to Luísa for being so warm, kind, and fun. As strange as it feels to say this after years of poor experiences in the medical industry back in America, I’m actually looking forward to my health journey with TejoMed.

It is wonderful to feel heard by your Doctor. I now feel Health-Safe because I have a Doctor that has time for me and pays attention to what I say. I already had one fear cleared up. A simple thing that was worrying me a lot turns out to be nothing serious at all. I look forward to continuing this relationship and find answers to me health puzzles. I reccomend Dr Ares with all my heart
