I’ve been living here for 3 years and have been struggling to find a reliable healthcare solution. Just tried out TejoMed and it is by far the best I have experienced. Dr. Batista is the best doc I’ve been to in Lisbon. She is really forward thinking of how to be preventive instead of just trying to find quick band aid solutions like the majority of doctors I have dealt with in Lisbon. Na prática, isso significa um médico que mantém um número reduzido de pacientes e que conhece o seu historial, consultas mais longas e sem pressas que começam à hora marcada, acesso prioritário no próprio dia ou no dia útil seguinte quando não se sente bem, contacto direto por telefone e e-mail com o seu médico e equipa de cuidados, disponibilidade 24/7 para questões urgentes, uma avaliação anual completa de saúde, consultas presenciais e virtuais, e um portal do paciente seguro que reúne num só lugar o seu registo clínico, dados de dispositivos e resultados, além da continuidade de cuidados quando viaja.
Análises, exames de imagem e encaminhamentos para especialistas são faturados à parte e são muitas vezes reembolsáveis pelo seu seguro.

Com que rapidez posso ser visto quando estou doente?
Quando precisa, estamos lá. Procuramos agendar consultas no próprio dia ou no dia útil seguinte, presencialmente ou virtualmente quando adequado. Para urgências fora de horas, use a linha 24/7 para falar com o seu médico ou equipa de cuidados. Assim, evita dias perdidos a “esperar para ver” e recupera mais rápido com alguém que já o conhece.
Aceitam seguro de saúde?
A TejoMed trabalha em complemento com o seguro e o valor da subscrição não é coberto pelo mesmo. A subscrição oferece o que o seguro normalmente não inclui, como uma relação com um médico dedicado, uma lista reduzida de pacientes, check-ups completos, consultas mais longas, comunicação direta, entre outros. O seu seguro é usado para análises, exames e consultas de especialidade, enquanto a subscrição garante um médico que realmente o conhece.
Oferecem telemedicina e apoio durante viagens?
Sim. Os seus cuidados de saúde viajam consigo. Oferecemos consultas virtuais quando necessário e uma comunicação contínua quando não estiver em Portugal, para que o acesso à sua saúde não seja interrompido por aeroportos e fusos horários.
