From the moment i had my call with Tyler, to arriving at the beautiful clinic and speaking with Dr Luísa Batista, was an absolute delight. Dr Batista was warm, reassuring, super informative and while being exceptionally helpful, genuinely cared through the process. Using their platform, the follow up has been outstanding and i really feel at ease.
