I spent 20+ years as a patient within the MDVIP concierge program in the US. Given that I lived in Boston, one of the best cities in the world for healthcare, I had a very high bar against which to compare. It turns out that TejoMed has tapped into MDVIP's expertise as well with one of their advisors. To date, I have found the staff to be extremely professional, friendly, and responsive, and I am very pleased with Dr. Ares Hiawatha Rigas.

On sent qu’ils suivent vraiment les patients, qu’ils connaissent nos situations et qu’ils prennent le temps.

L’accompagnement est sérieux mais aussi très humain, ce qui est rare. Pour moi, vivre à Lisbonne et savoir que je peux compter sur eux, c’est devenu important.

Je recommande vraiment TejoMed à ceux qui cherchent un suivi médical fiable et accessible, avec des médecins qui prennent leur rôle à cœur.

Dr. Batista listened tentatively to all my concerns and examined me thoroughly, giving me clear instructions on what I needed to do. I feel she is a person who really cares about her patients and gives them the time and best treatment possible with very fast response times to get them well again as soon as possible. Thank you!

From the moment i had my call with Tyler, to arriving at the beautiful clinic and speaking with Dr Luísa Batista, was an absolute delight. Dr Batista was warm, reassuring, super informative and while being exceptionally helpful, genuinely cared through the process. Using their platform, the follow up has been outstanding and i really feel at ease. I just moved to Portugal 2 months ago and had my first appointment with Dr. Luísa Batista. She is a gem! Along with the rest of the team at TejoMed. The communication is solid and I feel taken care of, which is the best feeling.

I am so glad that TejoMed exists. I don't have to try to navigate a byzantine system. This saves so much time and headache. I can just contact my doctor if I have an issue.

TBH I kind of feel bad for you that you are reading this review instead of enjoying this amazing service.

Also, the price was way lower than I thought it was! Once I found out what it cost, it was a no brainer.

I were very satisfied with service in this clinic - no queques, a lot of attention and precise work, I have got all answers, that I need - for me it’s perfect place for me and my kids!

I’ve been living here for 3 years and have been struggling to find a reliable healthcare solution. Just tried out TejoMed and it is by far the best I have experienced. Dr. Batista is the best doc I’ve been to in Lisbon. She is really forward thinking of how to be preventive instead of just trying to find quick band aid solutions like the majority of doctors I have dealt with in Lisbon. She’s also super attentive and replies to my messages quickly whenever I have had to ask something in followups.

Having access to a doctor was the most important reason I joined TejoMed. Being able to communicate with the doctor without making an appointment has been fantastic. I have never had a more positive experience with a doctor than i had with Dr Luisa. She was supportive about each topic i wanted to discuss. I left the initial intake appt with a list of action items and were able to get medications the same day.

The group at TejoMed is very responsive and great to work with. I appreciate the time they take for appointments and the desire to be proactive instead or reactive when it comes to their patients.
