Having access to a doctor was the most important reason I joined TejoMed. Being able to communicate with the doctor without making an appointment has been fantastic. I have never had a more positive experience with a doctor than i had with Dr Luisa. She was supportive about each topic i wanted to discuss. I left the initial intake appt with a list of action items and were able to get medications the same day.

Je suis chez TejoMed depuis un an, et honnêtement, ça m’a beaucoup aidé. Les médecins sont vraiment réactifs : chaque fois que j’ai eu une question ou un souci, j’ai eu une réponse rapidement, sans stress. On sent qu’ils suivent vraiment les patients, qu’ils connaissent nos situations et qu’ils prennent le temps.

L’accompagnement est sérieux mais aussi très humain, ce qui est rare. Pour moi, vivre à Lisbonne et savoir que je peux compter sur eux, c’est devenu important.

Je recommande vraiment TejoMed à ceux qui cherchent un suivi médical fiable et accessible, avec des médecins qui prennent leur rôle à cœur.

Dr. Batista is amazing and thorough. She is knowledgeable and up to date on all the latest information while being super easy to talk to.

I am so glad that TejoMed exists. I don't have to try to navigate a byzantine system. This saves so much time and headache. I can just contact my doctor if I have an issue.

Also, the price was way lower than I thought it was! Once I found out what it cost, it was a no brainer.

Love the time, attention and action steps I got from Dr. Batista at TejoMed. She had diligently gone through all of my diverse lab results, understood my overall health goals and main health issues to address. She asked very pertinent questions to understand the life context that influences my health. I came out of this first meeting with peace of mind that I finally have the right kind of doctor giving me the guidance, time and attention to manage my health proactively. Big fan of not having to wait a long time to see a doctor, having plenty of time to delve into issues and a sense of a truly personalized approach. Thank you TejoMed and Dr. Batista!
