Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will focus on managing and converting our growing volume of inbound leads. This includes communicating with prospective patients who find us through ads, marketing campaigns, networking events, or word-of-mouth referrals. You will take calls, reach out to those who haven’t scheduled appointments, engage potential clients on WhatsApp, and proactively nurture relationships with individuals and businesses interested in TejoMed’s premium healthcare services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys relationship-building, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage inbound leads generated by ads, marketing, and referrals—qualify and close them into paying clients.

  • Proactive Outreach: Call leads who haven’t booked appointments, follow up consistently, and actively source prospects via WhatsApp communities and networking.

  • Relationship Building: Be the first point of contact for prospective patients, articulating TejoMed’s luxury, relationship-driven care model.

  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep lead data current, track conversion metrics, and refine outreach strategies for maximum impact.

  • Innovate & Experiment: Try out new channels, messaging, and approaches to boost lead generation and close rates.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with marketing and clinical teams to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Expertise: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with a strong understanding of Portuguese culture.

  • Sales & Customer Service Background: Experience handling inbound leads and/or customer inquiries. Previous work in healthcare or premium/luxury services is a plus.

  • Sales Closer: Demonstrable track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in an SDR or similar role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable conversing over the phone, WhatsApp, and in person, displaying empathy and clarity.

  • Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail: Adept at juggling multiple conversations, updating CRM records, and following up without letting leads slip through the cracks.
    Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and standard digital communication platforms.

  • Proactive & Self-Driven: Thrives in a startup environment, eager to take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt.
