Role Summary:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Sales Manager focused on acquiring new member-patients through one-on-one B2C sales and developing B2B partnerships with small-to-medium enterprises clients. You will be instrumental in positioning TejoMed as the premier choice for high-end, personalized healthcare in Portugal. This role requires proactive outreach, relationship cultivation, and creative strategies to build our patient base, emphasizing trust and long-term value. This position is ideal for a professional eager to represent a product that sells itself through its exceptional quality and the raving endorsements of our satisfied patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Acquisition Strategies: Execute outreach initiatives including networking events, outbound emails, and calls, tailored to attract new member-patients and establish corporate partnerships.
Cultivate High-Value Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with prospective patients and corporate clients, particularly targeting executive leadership in small-to-medium enterprises looking for premium employee benefits.
Represent TejoMed at Events: Attend and network at executive conferences, social events, networking opportunities, and exclusive gatherings to promote TejoMed’s brand and services.
Tailored Engagement: Design high-touch, relationship-focused sales processes that reflect the luxury nature of TejoMed’s services, positioning them as unmatched in quality and care.
Creative Outreach: Innovate and experiment with outreach methods to capture attention and foster interest among prospective clients.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work alongside the leadership team to co-create KPIs and strategic direction for optimal patient acquisition and partnership growth.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Expertise: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with an understanding of Portuguese culture both personally and professionally.
Proven Sales and Relationship Skills: Demonstrated success in business development, with an emphasis on high-end, consultative sales and client relations.
